Introduction- There are many places worth seeing in India. Some of them are historical buildings. The Taj Mahal is one of them. It is famous all over the world. It is one of the seven wonders of the world.
Who Built it and why? Taj Mahal was built by Shahjahan, a Mughal Emperor. He built it in the memory of his queen Mumtaz Mahal, whom he loved. It has made their love immortal.
Description :- It is situated on the bank of the Yamuna river. It is built on a high platform. It has four minarets. Main building is in the middle. It has two graves. They belong to the emperor and the queen. They are lying side by side. Even the death could not separate them. The whole building is made of white marble.
Conclusion - The Taj Mahal is a symbol of true love of two souls. Their love is immortal in this world. I saw it again and again. It is a model of ancient Indian art.
